Turkey Spinach Artichoke Dip
This is one of my favorite comfort foods of all time. It’s warm, cheesy, so satisfying plus it’s high protein and so easy to make.

Ingredients
1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen spinach (or greens of choice), thawed & squeezed dry
1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes (more if you want a kick)
½ tsp salt
Instructions
1. Mix the creamy base
In a bowl, combine:
Cream cheese
Greek yogurt
Garlic
Onion
Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
Stir until smooth and creamy.
2. Add the turkey + veggies
Fold in:
Turkey
Spinach
Artichokes
Mix well.
3. Bake
Spread into a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes, until hot, creamy, and lightly bubbling around the edges.
(Optional: broil 1–2 minutes to brown the top slightly.)
4. Serve with
Pita
Veggies
Tortilla chips
Warm naan
Crackers
Spoon it into a baked potato (SO good)
