Turkey Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is one of my favorite comfort foods of all time. It’s warm, cheesy, so satisfying plus it’s high protein and so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup frozen spinach (or greens of choice), thawed & squeezed dry

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (more if you want a kick)

  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

1. Mix the creamy base

In a bowl, combine:

  • Cream cheese

  • Greek yogurt

  • Garlic

  • Onion

  • Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes

Stir until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the turkey + veggies

Fold in:

  • Turkey

  • Spinach

  • Artichokes

Mix well.

3. Bake

Spread into a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes, until hot, creamy, and lightly bubbling around the edges.

(Optional: broil 1–2 minutes to brown the top slightly.)

4. Serve with

  • Pita

  • Veggies

  • Tortilla chips

  • Warm naan

  • Crackers

  • Spoon it into a baked potato (SO good)
